WHAT IS COMMERCIAL REFRIGERATION, AND HOW DOES IT WORK?

Commercial refrigeration is a commercial function of cooling to maintain a constant temperature in commercial buildings. The commercial refrigeration system includes various components such as the condensing unit, the evaporator, and the compressor. The commercial refrigeration system works by having a gas that is heavier than air cool to a liquid form. In commercial refrigeration systems, an ammonia gas is usually used because it has qualities that are suitable for commercial refrigerators.

The commercial refrigeration system also requires certain parts for it to work efficiently. For instance, commercial refrigerators need pumps or fans for movement of the ammonia gas into the condenser coils. This component provides enough pressure for commercial refrigerators to operate efficiently during commercial activities. Commercial refrigerators also require fan motors, commercial refrigeration coils, commercial drainage, commercial motor starters, commercial defrost controls, commercial electrical wiring and commercial thermostats to operate properly. These parts help regulate the pressure of ammonia gas that is traveling through commercial refrigerators.

Commercial refrigerators also require a condensing unit. The condensing unit of a commercial refrigerator collects the cooled ammonia gas from the evaporator coils and sends them back into a gaseous state. The compressor then uses this gaseous form to pressurize the system until it is in proper temperature range again.

Once in its cool form (the air),  it will travel up across many different tube-like structures called heat exchangers or tubesheets which depend on what kind of commercial refrigeration system used.

The commercial refrigeration system then compresses the gas, condenses it into a liquid and pressurizes it. The commercial refrigerant can be sent back to cooling units by means of pumps or fans.

Commercial refrigerators will use the commercial refrigeration system components such as commercial refrigerator coils, commercial drain pan or commercial drainage piping. Commercial refrigerators also require commercial fan motors, commercial condenser coils and commercial compressor in order for them to operate properly and efficiently during commercial activities. These parts help regulate the pressure of ammonia gas that is traveling through commercial freezers and other related equipment.

For example:

– uses ammonia gas due to its properties that are suitable for commercial applications;

– requires commercial refrigeration coils, commercial drain pan or commercial drainage piping;

– needs commercial fan motors and commercial condenser coils in order for it to operate properly and efficiently during commercial activities.

The commercial refrigeration system also uses components such as pumps or fans for movement of the ammonia gas into the condenser coils. This component provides enough pressure for commercial freezers and other related equipment to operate efficiently during commercial activities. Commercial freezers and other related equipment will use the commercial refrigerator coils, the commercial drain pan or commercial drainage piping. They also require commercial fan motors, commercial compressor in order for them to operate properly and efficiently during commercial activities. These parts help regulate the pressure of ammonia gas that is traveling through different types of instruments.

The commercial refrigeration system has different types of commercial equipment that it can be connected to. In commercial applications, commercial freezers and other related commercial equipment will use the commercial refrigerator coils, commercial drain pan or commercial drainage piping. Commercial freezers and other related equipment also require commercial fan motors and commercial condenser coils in order for it to operate properly and efficiently during commercial activities.
